Gravity Bone is a 3D action game played from a first-person perspective. Gravity Bone's graphics include colorful scenery along with blocky characters.
Gameplay
The player takes the role of a spy ("Citizen Abel", an allusion to Citizen Kane) and is ordered by HQ to complete various missions, which require platforming, exploring and taking pictures.
Trivia
- The ending, in the words of Brendon Chung himself, will "just have to be a mystery."
- Citizen Abel is the main character of Brendon Chung's previous Citizen Abel maps for Quake 2, as well as his Half-Life mod The Puppy Years.
- There is a sequel (or at least a continuation of the game's atmosphere and playing style) called Thirty Flights of Loving. It presumably takes place before Gravity Bone, and Abel's assassin is seen as a passive NPC during one of the levels.
